How It Works
My 1-on-1 coaching dedicates space and time to dive deeper into your personal topics. We’ll explore your individual experiences to identify the elements that support your path, and then establish practices designed to foster a holistic relationship with all aspects of yourself.
Each session is tailored to the unique needs of the individual, incorporating elements from the traditions and disciplines I've studied, including creative therapy, breathwork, sacred sexuality practices, Viet Tai Chi, and autogenic training. In this judgment-free space, your vulnerability is held with humility and compassion.

You will uncover practices for addressing challenges, restoring connections, and navigating life with greater resourcefulness.
How To Prepare
To begin, we'll schedule an initial consultation to clarify your challenges, aspirations, and needs. If both parties feel it's a good fit, we proceed with regular sessions over an agreed-upon timeframe based on your needs. Each session lasts for 50 minutes, and you have the option to book a single or double session.
NOTE: Coaching sessions are self-funded and not covered by health insurance.
